Shipping & Payment Policy

Emher Trading-এ আমরা একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সুবিধাজনক অর্ডার এবং ডেলিভারি সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। এই নীতিমালায় আমাদের অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, শিপিং, ডেলিভারি এবং পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলি ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়

অর্ডার সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়।
তবে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, অর্ডার যাচাই, সরকারি ছুটি, বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি সময়

বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে আমাদের আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়:

• ঢাকা সিটি: ১–৩ কর্মদিবস

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৪ কর্মদিবস

উল্লিখিত ডেলিভারি সময় শুধুমাত্র আনুমানিক। ডেলিভারি লোকেশন, কুরিয়ার কার্যক্রম, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি অথবা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

শিপিং/ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা

গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে:

• পূর্ণ নাম

• সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা

• ফোন নম্বর

• প্রয়োজনীয় লোকেশন বা নিকটস্থ ল্যান্ডমার্কের তথ্য

গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা অস্পষ্ট তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হলে তার জন্য Emher Trading দায়ী থাকবে না।

ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব

আমরা নির্ধারিত আনুমানিক সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডার ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা, খারাপ আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, পরিবহনজনিত সমস্যা অথবা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট

গ্রাহককে অর্ডারের সময় Emher Trading কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে অথবা পূর্বসম্মত পেমেন্ট ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
প্রয়োজনীয় পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে নিশ্চিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কোনো অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ নাও করা হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট যাচাই

নিরাপত্তা ও প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধের উদ্দেশ্যে Emher Trading অর্ডার অথবা পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট যাচাই করা সম্ভব না হলে অথবা লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিরাপত্তাজনিত কোনো উদ্বেগ দেখা দিলে আমরা অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণে বিলম্ব করতে অথবা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

Shipping & Payment Policy

At Emher Trading, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient ordering and delivery experience. This policy explains our order processing, shipping, delivery, and payment procedures.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after successful order placement and payment confirmation, where applicable.
Processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances due to product availability, order verification, holidays, or other unforeseen situations.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe within Bangladesh is:

• Dhaka City: 1–3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

• Full name

• Delivery address

• Phone number

• Any necessary location or landmark information

Emher Trading cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Payment

Customers must complete payment using the payment method made available by Emher Trading at the time of purchase or through an agreed payment arrangement.
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully confirmed.

Payment Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Emher Trading may verify order or payment information before processing an order.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if there are reasonable security concerns regarding the transaction.
